Talent Acquisition at Tyler Technologies

I had an amazing opportunity to intern at Tyler Technologies, where I gained hands-on experience in various HR functions, including career mobility initiatives, payroll audits, and career fair coordination. Throughout my internship, I assisted with onboarding, recruitment, and training programs while also analyzing payroll data for accuracy and process improvement. This experience allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, helping me recognize areas for development and refine my skills

Assist with the summer internship program
Assist with the administration/coordination of new hire onboarding
Participate in training and development programs, including career mobility. Open, update, maintain, and close position requisitions in the applicant tracking system. Post and maintain positions on Tyler's Career site as well as on external job posting sites. Provide excellent customer service and guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Assist in scheduling and organizing recruiting events
Conduct a payroll audit in Excel, combining raw reports, highlighting discrepancies, and analyzing data for accuracy and process improvement.
Support other projects and duties based on business needs

Estudiante en practicas (Study Abroad Internship)

I had an amazing opportunity to intern at Mexico PR, where I gained hands-on experience in hospitality and client relations. Throughout my internship, I conducted daily reservation verifications, managed email correspondence, and ensured accuracy in client records, payments, and special requests. I also utilized reservation management systems to monitor room status and coordinate early arrivals while providing high-quality customer service in an entirely Spanish-speaking environment. This experience allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, enhancing my communication skills and attention to detail.

Conducted daily verification of reservations and cross-checked system records to ensure accuracy in client details, payments, and special requests.
Managed email correspondence and responded to client inquiries, modifications, and cancellations professionally and on time.

I had an amazing opportunity to intern as a Recruiting Intern at Tyler Technologies, where I gained hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from talent attraction and selection to offer processes. Throughout my internship, I served as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. I also contributed to sourcing strategies by leveraging various databases and tools to identify top talent. Additionally, I managed and analyzed recruitment data to enhance efficiency in hiring processes. This experience allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
